2. Marketing of TheWebsitePromoters.com You will be providing all the links and banners for you to place on your website and use in your promotions. You may not change or alter any banners provided without written permission from TheWebsitePromoters.com. No Spamming allowed.
Anyone caught spamming will be immediately removed from the Affiliate Program and all commissions will be forfeited.
3. Commissions We will pay our affiliates 20% commission on each customer purchase from your website link. When a new affiliate joins our Affiliate Program by clicking on your link you will be paid 10% of any sales they make.
Commissions will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month. Your commissions have to be $100 or greater for you to be eligible for payout. In the event we issue a customer refund, we will deduct the commission amount from your commission.
All Affiliate payments will be made through PayPal. Please sign up for PayPal (Its FREE) unless you have already done so. You can sign up at . This must be done to receive your affiliate commission.
4. Processing We will process all customer orders that come from your website. In order to receive commission on their purchases, please make sure that your affiliate links all have your affiliate ID number.
5. Pricing We will not be responsible for any errors in pricing on your website if it is not correct. In order to stay competitive, we reserve the right to change our prices anytime.
6. Taxes It is your responsibility to keep an account of your earnings and file your Federal and State Taxes based upon your earnings made through TheWebsitePromoters.com. US Residents will file a 1099.
